..or in this case, someone...but...this is truly a time I must talk...last year I made the decision to relocate to Idaho So I can retire..as well as end up where a lot of my family will be migrating to very soon...my realtor in Colorado connected me with someone here..and..I quickly moved on from him because he proved several times that he just didn't "get" me...and then I started talking to Dan..we quickly established a comfortable relationship on the phone...I made plans to fly in...and he arranged everything else...he totally understood what I truly wanted in a home..and..even when I was ready to give up..he wasn't...and he searched high and low and found me the home of my dreams...and it didn't stop there...he made sure I understood every step along the way..and drove over an hour to personally hand me my keys as soon as I arrived in my Uhaul...he's since kept in touch making sure all is great...I could write a book on how AWESOME he is...but better yet..call him and give him the chance to give YOU the same amazing experience he gave me....buying a house is a HUGE deal...one of the biggest things we can ever do....so why not start at the top..instead of trusting your future to a random realtor search....you won't be sorry.....I'm Lea...a thrilled to pieces homeowner

"Dan is a dream to work with. You will not find a more knowledgeable and friendly realtor. He listens to what you want and does not give up until he finds what you are looking for. The first house my husband and I bought, we used a different realtor and the experience was very transactional. For our second home, we met with two separate realtors, one tried to show us homes way out of our price range and the other showed us homes that needed a lot of work guaranteeing this was all that was available in our range. Enter Dan. We met Dan and it was the most wonderful experience. He was very well informed in all areas regarding real estate. He sold our old house and helped us get into a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood, near schools, parks, shopping, the works! In such a competitive market he was able to work out an amazing deal, and closed on the house even though it was a contingent offer based off our old house selling. He worked tirelessly to make sure all parties were satisfied. We felt that Dan listened to all our concerns and addressed them all. Not all realtors are the same, and you would not want to work with any other!"

He educated me and how buying a home was going to be difficult but at the same time it was beneficial budgeting and making sure that you had the payments and proper order with your budget. We are still happily in our home that Dan helped us with all those years ago. We were hopeless. We honestly never thought we would get into a home and would be stuck renting forever. Dan is incredibly sweet and did everything he could to help us and then some. He even still sends us a card every year. I cannot imagine using another realtor and if the time ever comes for us to sell our home, it will be handled through Dan because I know he will look out for us and make sure we get what we deserve. :)"
